HOW TO REGISTER YOUR SALUKI DOG
FOR THE ADIHEX SHOW
YOU can register your Dog for the Saluki Speciality Show by downloading the Dog Show Entry Form, filling it up and returning to EKC. or you can fill up and submit the Online form and submit. Send the Dog's passport copy with vaccination proof. Pedigree copy also if available. Originals should be presented on the Show day to the Registration & Vet Check Desk.
The Show Entry Fee is AED. 100/- per dog can be paid to any of the given bank accounts and send us a proof of payment.
Two Entry passes are issued per Dog owner. If you are entering more than 3 Dogs additional Entry passes are provided. The Dog owners should provide the Passport Copy and Emirates ID of the people for whom you are requesting Entry Passes.
The Dogs are to be brought to the Show Arena through the designated Gate only. The owners can drop the dog and the personals with passes here and should park their vehicles at the parking area.
People without Entry passes may enter through the main gates of the exhibition completing the ADIHEX registration formalities.
The dog owners must bring Cages, beddings, food and water for your dogs.
There will be an official veterinary at the event and in case of any emergencies they should be contacted at the first instance.
The Dog owners are fully responsible for their dogs while they are at the venue. There will be a designated area for dogs to Pee & Poop. Any accidents in this regard should cleaned up by the owners. They will also be responsible for any damages caused by their dogs.
SALUKI Specialty Breed Show
To enhance and promote the Saluki Dog breed we at EKC has set up a new group called the Saluki Dog Owner's Club. We have planned to hold Saluki Speciality event in all our shows here after. All Saluki Breeds are allowed. The Shows will be judged by Saluki Specialist Judges. The Saluki dog owner has to fill a show entry form for each dog and submit.
The Entry Fee for Participation is AED. 100/- per Dog.
Winners will receive Trophies, Certificates and CASH Awards
